This opportunity is to be part of the Advisor Services | Academy, which aims to train and enhance the performance of network advisors by disseminating best practices in prospecting and relationship management. This is a team passionate about financial planning, sales techniques, and sharing knowledge.

In Short

• Ownership of training products, including communication with commercial coordinators.
• Support in the training and development of leaders and investment advisors.
• Develop materials and content for training sessions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a supervisor or commercial coordinator.
• Deep understanding of the commercial process and leadership rituals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
