Overview

The Lab Auto Informatics Specialist (LAIS) will work in a team to deliver product expertise for Network Configuration and Computer Infrastructure for Lab Auto solutions, providing support at customer sites and implementing remote support tools.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Sciences, Networking, or Technical field.
• At least 1 year of field support experience.
• Experience in Microbiology or Molecular Diagnostics is a plus.
• Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
