Overview

The Experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer will work with a global team to enhance industrial chemical production processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, MS preferred.
• 5-10 years of CI experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of chemical engineering production/process concepts.
• Trained in Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and Operational Discipline.
• Ability to manage and prioritize work effectively.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Commitment to continuous improvement culture.
