Overview

The Staff Quality Engineer I, CI provides leadership and support for Continuous Improvement programs through the use of Six Sigma, Lean, and project management best practices, ensuring product safety and quality while meeting global regulations.

Requirements

  • BS degree in Science or Engineering required.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a technical industry.
  • Experience with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to navigate and lead through change effectively.
  • Experience in managing customer impacting issues.
  • Functional knowledge of global regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders.
