Overview

The Benefits Specialist is responsible for managing benefit programs, vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws while contributing to the overall Total Rewards experience at Turing.

In Short

  • Manage benefit enrollment and changes from multiple vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and monitor performance with external benefits providers.
  • Oversee Benefit Portals and Systems management.
  • Enforce and create policies in collaboration with various teams.
  • Administer employee leave programs ensuring compliance.
  • Maintain visa and immigration programs for the US.
  • Conduct audits of employee benefits data for accuracy.
  • Respond to benefit-related inquiries from employees.
  • Develop clear communications regarding benefits and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of employment laws like FMLA and HIPAA.
  • Experience collaborating with Legal and Finance teams.
