Commercial Counsel - Remote

Overview

Turing is seeking a motivated, strategic, and pragmatic Commercial Counsel to join our growing legal team. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial Legal to provide legal advice and support to the company’s executives and various cross-functional sales and procurement teams.

In Short

• Negotiate and draft sales and procurement agreements.
• Draft new templates and improve existing ones.
• Create and lead legal training for cross-functional teams.
• Work with Legal Operations to build scalability and efficiencies.
• Support executives and teams by identifying legal issues.
• Shape and improve legal processes for scalability.
• Advise on legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a licensed attorney with commercial contracting experience.
• Active membership in a U.S. state bar or international equivalent.
• Excellent judgment and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Strong communication, writing, and persuasion skills.
• Self-starter with strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Support team members and clients in the Pacific time zone.
