Commercial Counsel - Remote

Overview

As a Commercial Counsel at Lyra Health, you will play a key role in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements while supporting internal stakeholders to fulfill the mission of providing mental health solutions to large employers.

• Experience with complex commercial agreements.
• Strong understanding of balancing legal risks and business needs.
• Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
