Commercial Counsel - Remote

Overview

As Commercial Counsel at 0x, you’ll own our commercial legal function and be the go-to partner for Business Development and GTM, focusing on drafting, negotiating, and scaling commercial agreements.

In Short

• Lead commercial contracting including MSAs, software licenses, SLAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from intake to execution.
• Build playbooks and templates for scalable deal execution.
• Advise on deal structures, IP, privacy, and compliance issues.
• Partner with various teams to standardize workflows and facilitate communication.
• Support broader corporate matters including equity plans and employment issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial law experience; in-house experience preferred.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and negotiation.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with crypto and willingness to deepen knowledge.
• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
