• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of global commercial agreements.
• Provide strategic and legal advice to cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects to improve internal processes of the Commercial Legal team.
• Train and educate internal business partners.
• Manage legal issues in domestic and international commercial relationships.
• Support M&A integrations.
• Build and improve templates for commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and internationally.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited school and current bar member in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years of experience in complex commercial drafting and negotiation.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent deals under tight deadlines.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Strong work ethic and accountability.
• Experience with data privacy terms.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration and negotiation.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Humility and a sense of humor.
