• Lead the review and negotiation of complex agreements.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active license.
• 3+ years of experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm.
• 2+ years in-house experience at a tech company.
• Business-minded attorney with risk mitigation experience.
• Experience supporting a large sales team.
• Expertise in drafting and managing agreements.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eagerness to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
• Collaborative and solution-oriented attitude.
