Overview

Stripe is seeking an exceptional transactional lawyer to join our commercial legal team supporting our rapidly growing business in North America.

In Short

• Support the AMER Sales team with negotiations and legal issues.
• Collaborate with Product Legal for new product launches.
• Build out Stripe’s commercial legal infrastructure.
• Draft and maintain agreements and playbooks.
• Work with various teams across the company.
• Deliver training and resources for the Sales team.
• Act as a point of escalation for outside counsel.

Requirements

• Intellectually curious and creative problem solver.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset.
• Clear and concise communicator.
• Collaborative team player.
• Familiar with legal issues in technology services.
• Qualified with a JD degree or foreign equivalent.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
