• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Advise on legal issues related to go-to-market activities.
• Provide pragmatic advice to sales teams on legal issues.
• Assist with various projects to achieve corporate objectives.

Requirements

• J.D. and admitted to at least one state bar.
• Minimum of 5 years experience drafting and negotiating SaaS/software license agreements.
• In-house experience at a high-growth technology company.
• Good understanding of privacy laws and data security.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with vendor contracts.
• Outstanding negotiation and drafting skills.
• Commercial Counsel specialty is a must-have.
