Nielsen seeks to hire a talented, enthusiastic and business-oriented lawyer to join the Legal Department as Counsel supporting Nielsen’s Audience Measurement business.

In Short

• Join Nielsen's Legal Department as Counsel.
• Support Nielsen’s Audience Measurement business.
• Work on various commercial transactions.
• Advise product, data, technology, and commercial teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide legal support for product development and sales.
• Collaborate on compliance with contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in developing legal templates and best practices.
• Support resolution of contract disputes.
• Engage with internal and external clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital media or technology law.
• Experience negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
• Knowledge of intellectual property and data privacy law.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and a strong team player.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor degree required.
