Overview

As an HRIS Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our Workday ecosystem, managing both maintenance and strategic projects to optimize People data.

• Lead technical configuration for annual cycles.
• Serve as primary technical partner for the Compensation team.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems, with 3+ years in Workday.
• Experience with confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder communication.
• Expertise in Workday Prism Analytics and BIRT.
• Track record in leading Annual Comp/Performance cycles.
• Advanced proficiency in reporting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
