Overview

In Short

• Design, implement, document, and support radiology and imaging solutions to meet customer needs.
• Integrate and maintain solutions within public cloud environments and healthcare IT platforms.
• Provide customer support through escalations and direct interactions as required.
• Conduct product training for administrators and service-level users to ensure effective system use.
• Perform pre-sales evaluations, including Level of Effort assessments, and coordinate with project managers.
• Promote a culture of root cause analysis and continuous improvement within the RIS team.
• Extract, document, and manage product information to facilitate ongoing support.
