Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems for assigned properties, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, and air distribution systems.
• Monitor energy management systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance according to industry standards.
• Inspect and maintain various building systems and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Appropriate licenses for the trade (e.g., Electrician License).
• Basic computing skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of energy management systems.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the job.
• May require certification as a Universal Technician for CFC's.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Thorough knowledge in building operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies.
