Overview

StackAdapt is seeking an experienced attorney in the role of Commercial Counsel to support the Revenue/sales organization and drive commercial transactions while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

In Short

• Structure, negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements
• Provide legal advice to key stakeholders
• Provide thought leadership internally and externally
• Lead, mentor, and train team members
• 5+ years of legal experience in advertising technology or software
• Strong negotiation and project management skills
• Ability to manage legal risks in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively in a remote setting
• Open to candidates in Canada or the US
• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements

• Call to the Bar in Canadian Provinces or US states
• In-house experience in advertising, technology, or media
• Excellent legal and business judgment
• Exceptional writing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive, collaborative spirit
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
