Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top law school.
• Admission to the state bar.
• 4-6+ years of legal experience, preferably in transactional law.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Stellar contract drafting skills.
• Highly motivated and detail-oriented.
• Effective communicator and collaborator.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for team building.
