The Staff Data Scientist for Growth Analytics will own the analytical strategy for the marketing funnel and product analytics, driving insights and recommendations for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data science or analytics.
• Expertise in experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong background in attribution modeling.
• Experience with lifecycle analytics platforms like Customer.io.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics instrumentation.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and strong proficiency in Python.
• Deep experience with dbt and semantic layer design.
• Experience with AI-native developer and analyst tooling.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complex insights.
