In Short

• Manage & Finalize Benefits Renewals – oversee insured benefits renewals within your assigned regions.
• Manage pension and retirement savings projects, ensuring compliance with legislative changes.
• Act as a Liaison Between Teams – serve as the main point of contact between the Benefits Design Team and internal partners.
• Ensure Compliance & Process Optimization – track benefits programs, conduct audits, and recommend process improvements.
• Lead Benefits Projects & Stakeholder Communication – oversee benefits initiatives with brokers and vendors.
• Monitor Market Trends & Recommend Enhancements – stay updated on market data and industry trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in benefits design and strategy, including international experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills- they will collaborate with team members at all levels.
• Project management skills.
• Prior experience running pension and retirement projects is advantageous.
