Drayage Planner - Remote

Overview

FIJI Water is seeking a highly skilled Drayage Planner to manage inbound drayage shipments through a complex network of third-party warehouses, ensuring full visibility of inventory in transit.

• Coordinate global and domestic inbound shipments.
• Manage customs compliance and import documentation.
• Track and report shipping details to stakeholders.
• Streamline communication between internal and external parties.
• Analyze costs to minimize transportation expenses.
• Maintain relationships with carriers and warehouses.
• Support operational teams with guidelines for imports/exports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Prepare documentation for customs brokers.
• Participate in monthly performance reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain roles.
• Proficient in Oracle, MS Excel, and TMS.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with international shipments is a plus.
• Diligence and accuracy in work.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate.
• Superb coordination abilities.
