Overview

The Global Benefits Specialist is responsible for the design, administration, and management of Deel’s benefits and perks programs across multiple countries, ensuring that offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with company culture and team member needs.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in global benefits program management.
• Strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and responsible work ethic.
• Experience with employee benefit plans in multiple countries.
