Overview

WinnCompanies is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Specialist to join our corporate team located in Boston, MA and play a key role in the administration of our employee benefits programs.

In Short

  • Assist in delivering new-hire orientations for benefits programs.
  • Respond to employee and manager benefits inquiries.
  • Manage leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork.
  • Interpret FMLA and ADA regulations.
  • Address inquiries related to 401(k) enrollments and plan changes.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and industry trends.
  • Work with vendors for effective benefits administration.
  • Act as the primary contact for team members regarding benefits.
  • Develop and deliver benefits training and presentations.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration.
  • Strong understanding of benefits programs and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and compliance-focused.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
