Overview

The Benefits Specialist at Arista Networks will manage and develop employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations while attracting and retaining talent.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs.
• Manage the annual open enrollment process.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree with at least 10 years in US benefits.
• Understanding of US employment laws related to benefits.
• Expertise in health insurance and retirement plans.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Workday is preferable but not essential.
