The Director of Customer Success and Marketing is a dynamic and results-oriented individual responsible for overseeing customer satisfaction, tech support, and marketing. This role is fully remote and will oversee both customer success and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration between customer satisfaction, retention, and new customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, graphic design or applicable field.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in healthcare vendor management.
  • Strong customer service or marketing management experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and vendors.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Proficiency in using operations software and sales tools.
