Overview

The National Sales Executive will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow our customer base in the medical billing sector.

In Short

  • Develop and implement a national sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals for software and service offerings.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives in healthcare organizations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales role in the healthcare or medical billing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in B2B software or services sales.
  • Strong understanding of medical billing processes, healthcare regulations, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to travel nationally as needed (approximately 30-40%).
