Overview

The Customer Solutions Architect at Workiz will collaborate with enterprise customers to understand their objectives and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product capabilities.

  • Conduct discovery sessions and requirement-gathering meetings.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed technical specifications.
  • Serve as the primary contact between customers and product/engineering teams.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and product capabilities.
  • Participate in sprint planning and product roadmap discussions.
  • Provide input on solution architecture based on customer needs.
  • Validate engineering deliverables against customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation of customer requirements.
  • Advocate for customer needs in product development discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software implementation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to document complex technical and business requirements.
  • Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
