If so, Workiz is looking for a dedicated Tier 2 Support Representative to be a crucial point of contact for our valued customers.

In Short

  • Serve as the main point of contact for Workiz customers, managing communications via phone, chat, email, and online support portal.
  • Handle all customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide timely escalation of complex ticket items.
  • Identify and interpret customer challenges through effective questioning.
  • Submit detailed tickets to facilitate timely resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Learn and master internal tools for issue diagnosis and resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English with exceptional communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
