Customer Solution Architect - Remote

Overview

Supabase is an open source database platform. We’re seeking a Supabase Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) to work with a diverse range of customers, from agile startups to established brands, helping them succeed on the Supabase platform.

In Short

• Actively guide new customers through onboarding.
• Determine business and technical objectives for customer success.
• Educate customers on Supabase architecture and best practices.
• Work with support and engineering teams to address customer issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong background in web application development.
• Experience with relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks and Node.js.
• Effective communication of technical concepts.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Proven success in customer-facing engagements.
