Overview

Supabase is seeking a Senior CLI Engineer to enhance the local development experience and manage significant API and backend work.

In Short

• Design and build backend APIs using TypeScript and NestJS.
• Develop consistent and secure CLI tooling for Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Collaborate with product teams to define end-to-end behavior.
• Implement tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Create documentation for API consumers and CLI users.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript skills and experience with production APIs.
• Hands-on experience with command-line tools.
• Proficiency in languages for CLI and backend work.
• Experience building user-friendly CLIs.
• Familiarity with package distribution methods.
• Solid Git workflow and CI/CD experience.
