In Short

• Lead the technical engagement with our customers, ensuring their success with deployments.
• Assist with the architecture of Kubernetes implementations of the Tigera solution.
• Help integrate the Tigera Solution into customer infrastructures.
• Collaborate with customers to define security best practices.
• Resolve technical issues while meeting support SLAs.
• Identify and address customer adoption barriers.
• Provide consulting services utilizing expertise in Networking, Security, and Kubernetes.
• Become a trusted resource and advocate for customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with complex software systems.
• Deep technical skills in Linux, IP networking, and cloud environments.
• Experience in software development/operations (DevOps).
• Knowledge of network and systems security.
• Experience as a sales engineer or solutions architect is a plus.
• Consultative, analytical, and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
