In Short

  • Ensure success of your assigned customers' deployments
  • Develop and deliver technical training on Kubernetes Networking, Security & Observability
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and deliver networking and security workshops
  • Help customers resolve technical issues while meeting key support SLAs
  • Build a multi-media repository of technical content for our customers to help accelerate learning and self-enablement
  • Influence the direction of our product by working closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams
  • Become a trusted technical resource and advocate for your customers
  • Share learnings and insights from our customers to help shape our marketing programs and product roadmap

Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in a customer-facing technical role at a network security software company
  • Solid hands-on technical skills & knowledge in Linux fundamentals, Layer 7 Networking, Gateway API & Load Balancing, Private and public cloud, Networking & Security, Application level Security, Automation & Scripting
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
  • Resourceful self-starter adept at navigating challenges to deliver effective solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in an early-stage startup environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or related
