In Short

  • Tigera is looking for a Channel Account Manager to grow our partner network.
  • You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and managing new partners.
  • The role is based out of our offices in Vancouver, BC (hybrid) or Canada (remote).
  • You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and require moderate travel.
  • Partners are pivotal to our long-term success and sustained growth.
  • You will engage potential partners through various channels.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested partners and drive business opportunities.
  • Execute quarterly business reviews with partners.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related channel account management experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • 3+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Established partner relationships across North America.
  • Mastery of at least ONE of the following technical tools: Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo.
  • Comfortable engaging with very technical people.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
  • An insatiable level of curiosity and a constant learner.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in an enterprise sales role.
