Overview

Abnormal Security is looking for a Channel Account Manager in the Missouri Valley region to join our Channel Management Team. The team leverages channel partners to drive growth and sales productivity. They drive collaboration and engagement with partners via account mapping sessions, develop Partner Account Plans, partner with marketing to execute channel-marketing events, recruit and onboard new partners, and support the sales teams that they are mapped to.

In Short

  • Meet and exceed partner-sourced pipeline and booking targets.
  • Work with channel and sales leadership to identify and recruit partners.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and Partner Account Plans.
  • Create channel enablement plans for sales and technical teams.
  • Drive customer demand through demand generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to connect prospects with partners.
  • Engage regularly with partner principals and executives.
  • Conduct sales training presentations for partner sales teams.
  • Assist in driving pipeline and closing business.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive positioning in the marketplace.

  • Strong presentation skills to convey value to partners.
  • Good conflict resolution skills.
  • Organizational skills for effective channel management.
  • Grit and ability to succeed in an early-stage environment.
  • Understanding of leveraging other departments.
