Senior People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior People Operations Specialist will be responsible for creating and maintaining processes that improve employee experience as well as the experience of our People & Culture team.

• Proactively identify HR solutions that align with business needs and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Partner closely with the people team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and continuously refine people operational processes and services.
• Maintain existing people operations process documents and recommend improvements.
• Foster positive employee relations by providing guidance, counseling, and support to managers and employees.
• Support all aspects of HR compliance, including regular policy and document reviews.
• Assist with policy writing or revisions as needed.
• Leverage people technology tools to create automations and efficiencies.
• Support and mentor members of the people operations team.
• Prepare regular HR reports and metrics to provide meaningful insights to management.

Requirements

• At least 4 to 6 Years of professional experience in People Operations or Human Resources function.
• Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or Workday.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.
• Experience managing leave benefits preferred.
