People Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The People Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role within the Operations team - dedicated to overseeing and enhancing the employee lifecycle and experience to support the growth of our organisation.

In Short

• Support and provide guidance for variety of HR-related requests and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Ensure accuracy/completeness of current and historical employee data.
• Review, update and maintain HR services documentations and processes.
• Develop, maintain, and update process documentation in the company handbook.
• Work on people and culture initiatives.
• Support other members of the team as required.

Requirements

• Must be located in the EMEA region.
• Relevant experience in (international) HR, people operations, global mobility or payroll in Germany.
• Experience building and implementing employee onboarding/offboarding programs.
• Proactivity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of HRIS systems (ideally Hibob).
• Understanding of German labor laws and employment regulations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) required in English and in German.
• A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change.
