Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing payroll and managing employee benefits as part of the Finance team at Indigenous Pact PBC, Inc., a certified B-Corporation focused on health equity for American Indians and Alaskan Natives.

In Short

• Process payroll and manage benefits for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred.
• Payroll certification or 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain payroll processes to employees.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
