Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are in search of a Payroll Specialist that will work in a team environment that supports the production of Americas and expatriate payroll for over 2,000 employees in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

In Short

• Process bi-monthly expatriate and shadow payrolls in Workday.
• Coordinate with International Payroll, HR, Benefits and Compensation.
• Prepare audit reports and reconciliations to support payroll validation.
• Maintain Workday tax setup and complete state/local tax registrations.
• Work with third-party vendor to resolve tax notices.
• Support new hire, expat, and secondee payroll setup tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries for payroll related issues.
• Participate in various ad-hoc and routine projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or business-related field.
• 3+ years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Experience using Workday Payroll.
• Familiar with tax legislation and multi-state payrolls.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
