Overview

Deel is seeking a Payroll Specialist who will assist in performing standard accounting tasks related to payroll processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in payroll records.

In Short

• Maintain payroll records for new hires, leavers, transfers, and contractual changes.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, policies, taxation, and social security regulations.
• Achieve 100% accuracy in pay slips and timely payments.
• Good level of English (B1/B2) is an advantage.
• 2 years of experience in Spanish Payroll preferred.
• Experience using MS Office is beneficial.
• Familiarity with A3 Innuva is a plus.
• Work in a global team dedicated to seamless hiring and payroll management.
