Payroll Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Payroll Specialist will support the day-to-day payroll services for the assigned region (US & LATAM) by processing assigned processes in compliance with established methodologies, regulations, service-level-agreements (SLA), and processes.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll System.
• Understanding of international payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll calculations and tax withholdings.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Payroll certification (CPP or FPC) is a plus.
