The Payroll Specialist will manage financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations while supporting the organization’s payroll processes.

• Run end-to-end payroll for Mexico-based employees.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and payroll.
• Familiarity with NIIF, US GAAP, and IFRS frameworks.
• Proficient with cloud-based financial and HR tools.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
