Overview

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for building strong client relationships and providing value-added services to retain clients and business partnerships.

In Short

  • Develop and manage client and partner relationships.
  • Analyze plan performance reporting and interpret data.

  • Understand and track contract performance.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop proposals.

  • Oversee Account Managers and evaluate performance.
  • Identify process improvements for client satisfaction.
  • Assist with training material and onboarding.
  • Foster a collaborative team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related area.
  • 5 years of account service experience in PBM or healthcare.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to analyze information to identify trends and risks.
