Clinical Review Technician - CPhT Required - Remote

Overview

MedOne is hiring a detail-oriented clinical reviewer that is a certified pharmacy technician to assess medication therapy, support prior authorization processes, mentor data entry staff, and collaborate across teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.

In Short

• Support operations of MedOne Clinical Services
• Conduct clinical assessments for medication therapy
• Communicate clinical review decisions
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Complete Proactive Prescriber Outreach Program (PPOP) calls
• Provide mentorship to Data Entry Specialist team
• Assist with patient or provider requests
• Promote a team environment
• Support existing MedOne Clinical Services
• Abide by all rules and regulations

Requirements

• Familiarity with PAHub processes
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Designated secure workplace for remote employees
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with data entry software or CRM systems
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
• Ability to stand/sit for long periods
