Pharmacy Underwriting Analyst/Senior Underwriting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Underwriting Analyst is a strategic team member that is key in both winning new and retaining existing business by compiling financial proposals that appeal to clients, while meeting MedOne goals.

In Short

• Use proprietary Underwriting and Pricing Models, Excel, and SQL to model pharmacy spend.
• Analyze pharmacy claims data and develop reports for operations and sales.
• Support financial aspects of PBM Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Coordinate PBM data requests and complete financial evaluations.
• Assist with research and implementation of technology changes.
• Complete formulary and network disruptions for onboarding clients.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts for guidance.
• Collaborate with Pricing and Provider Relations departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, or IT preferred.
• 1-3 years as a functional Data Analyst.
• Strategic and proactive thinking.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong work ethic and energy.
