Overview

The Underwriting Analyst will manage documents, review third-party reports, and analyze financial data to evaluate real estate investments and credit risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Real Estate preferred.
• 0 - 3 years industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Argus or financial/analytical software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate terms.
