Underwriting Quality Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Underwriting Quality Analyst will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across various business units, promoting continuous improvement through quality programs and staff training.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in insurance quality analysis or underwriting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of workers compensation and commercial auto.
• Knowledge of web-based and cloud platforms preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with internal chat platforms like Slack or Teams.
• Ability to adapt to changes in work processes.
