  • Aptitude for relationship building and service excellence.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Demonstrated initiative on escalated issues.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial auto.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions.
  • Willingness to adapt to an iterative environment.
