Client Success Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Client Success Manager at TrueScripts Management Services, you will work strategically with the team to best serve our clients, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery while supporting business growth.

In Short

• Work strategically with internal teams for client satisfaction.
• Act as the main contact for clients via phone and email.
• Collaborate with various internal departments.
• Assist with client communication and review meetings.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure accurate data input in CRM systems.
• Participate in onboarding and enrollment meetings.
• Provide detailed reporting to clients and brokers.
• Adjust client plan parameters as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Client Success Executive.

Requirements

• College degree or applicable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills, especially under stress.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptable to changing responsibilities.
• Willingness to learn about the PBM industry.
