Client Success Executive - Prescription Benefit Management - Remote

Overview

The Client Success Executive will act as a senior liaison between TrueScripts and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery while driving business growth.

In Short

• Lead the strategic account team with full ownership of client satisfaction.
• Resolve client questions/issues via telephone and email.
• Develop strong internal and client relationships through proactive interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams for data analysis and reporting.
• Execute client renewals and build lasting relationships.
• Coordinate all aspects of client review meetings.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients.
• Participate in introductory/enrollment meetings with new employees.
• Must be flexible and work as a team player.
• Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Five + years of Account Management/Client Success in a PBM setting required.
• Experience managing employer groups or health plan accounts preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively under stress.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Client-facing presentation experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to adapt to changing responsibilities.
