Client Success Manager/Sales Executive - Remote

We are hiring a Client Success Manager/Sales Executive to lead inbound client handling, guide prospects through our recruitment process, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.

In Short

• Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand hiring needs
• Present our services and tailor solutions to client requirements
• Guide clients through each recruitment stage
• Maintain communication during sourcing and follow up after candidate presentations
• Act as the primary account manager ensuring client satisfaction
• Identify upsell or expansion opportunities within existing accounts
• Build and manage your own pipeline through outreach and follow-up

Requirements

• Fluent English with exceptional speaking and writing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Professional presence
• University degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred
• Tech-savvy and business-oriented
• Empathetic sales approach
• 2-3+ years in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a client-facing role
• Experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts
• Proven success managing the full client lifecycle
• Ability to nurture B2B relationships
